Veteran actor Kazan Khan, who had appeared in Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada films, left for his heavenly abode on Tuesday. He passed away due to a heart attack. The news of his tragic demise was confirmed by Production Controller and producer, NM Badusha on social media. He announced the passing away of Kazan in his Facebook post. Badusha posted a photo of the late actor as he expressed his heartfelt condolences.
The news of the actor’s death has sent shockwaves across the entire South film industry as many of his co-stars, celebs, and fans paid their tributes on social media. Actor Dileep, who has worked with Kazan Khan in films like CID Moosa, The Don, and Ivan Maryadaraman, condoled the actor’s death, offering his condolences. He posted Kazan’s photo on his Instagram handle and wrote, “Hearty condolences #KazanKhan.” Many netizens expressed their shock over Kazan’s death and paid their tributes.
Kazan Khan began his career in 1992 with the Tamil film Senthamizh Paattu where he played the role of Boopathy. He was featured in several blockbuster movies in Tamil. The late actor was best known for playing villain roles in Tamil films like Kalaignan, Sethupathi IPS, Duet, Murai Maman, Aanazhagan, Karuppu Nila, Varnapakit, The King, The Gang, CID Moosa, Dreams, The Don, Ivan Maryadaraman, Mayamohini, Rajadhiraja, O Laila O, and many more.
In 1993, Kazan ventured into the Malayalam industry and made his debut with Sangeeth Sivan’s Gandharva, which was headlined by actor Mohanlal.
