Telugu star Sai Pallavi is basking in the success of her latest release ‘Love Story’ starring opposite Naga Chaitanya. The gorgeous diva has been enjoying her fame and popularity since her debut with Premam (2015). However, the actress wasn't always accustomed to stardom. In a recent interaction, the Gargi actress confessed that she had a typical teenage and did typical teenage things for which she faced extreme ramifications from her parents. 

Sai Pallavi who will be seen next in Virata Parvan features her character Vennela also risking her life in an attempt to deliver a letter to Rana Daggubati by his mother. 

During the latest interaction, Sai and Rana were asked if they have ever written any letters. 


Interestingly, the 30-year-old actress wrote a love letter to a boy in class 7 that was caught by her parents and she had to face extreme repercussions from her parents. Elaborating the incident, Sai said, “In this film, I wrote them as per the director’s instructions. But in real life, I wrote a letter just once. I wrote a letter to a boy, it was in my childhood. Maybe when I was in my 7th standard. I was caught. My parents hit me hard, a lot". 

Now, that’s some revelation!

Meanwhile, Rana on the other hand had a rather sweet memory linked to the question. He recalled, “Well, I wrote one to my Grandfather in Karamchedu in my childhood. That was all. I didn’t write letters to anyone after that." 

Speaking about their upcoming film, Virata Parvan will be released on Netflix soon. The first glimpse of the film has been winning a lot of hearts already!
