At the Amazon Prime event, Samantha and Naga Chaitanya showcased their upcoming projects. Samantha is set to star in the web series Citadel: Honey Bunny alongside Varun Dhawan, directed by Raj and DK. On the other hand, Naga Chaitanya celebrated the success of his hit series Dhootha and hinted at a potential second season.

Earlier, Samantha opened up about her struggles and said. “When I hit an all-time low of, well, a failed marriage, and my health and work were getting affected, it was like a triple whammy; boom, boom, boom. You know, people go down for far less than what I endured for the last two years or so.”

The Shakuntalam star further quipped.”It’s important to recognise that being a loved star in this nation is an incredible gift; so be responsible for it, be honest and real, and tell your story… I don’t care that my lows have been so public, I’m actually quite empowered by them. I know I am going to fight with all I have, and I hope that people who are in a similar situation, also have the strength to just keep fighting.”

The event marked a significant moment as the ex-couple, who had been absent from each other's public spheres for some time, shared the stage to promote their individual ventures. Naga Chaitanya is gearing up for his movie Thandel with Sai Pallavi, based on real-life events in Srikakulam. Despite no official confirmation, fans are eagerly awaiting news of Dhootha 2 after the first season's success in captivating audiences with its supernatural horror storyline.
