Mahesh Babu Tests Positive For COVID-19 With Mild Symptoms; Actor Says, 'Can't Wait To Be Back'
Mahesh Babu is the latest celebrity to have tested positive for the novel coronavirus. The actor took to his Instagram and informed his fans about the same. He revealed that despite taking all the necessary precautions, he still tested positive for COVID-19. He is currently isolating at his home and following medical guidance.

"To all my fans and well-wishers, Despite taking all the necessary precautions, I've tested positive for COVID-19 with mild symptoms. I've isolated myself at home and have been following medical guidance," he wrote.

The actor added, "Request all those who came in contact with me to get themselves tested. I urge everyone who's not taken their vaccination to do so immediately, as it reduces the risk of severe symptoms and hospitalization. Please follow the COVID norms and stay safe. A couple of days ago, Mahesh Babu's sister-in-law and actor Shilpa Shirodkar had also announced that she had tested positive for COVID-19. Earlier this week, she took to Instagram and informed everyone that she is negative now. "Finally tested Negative last night. So many emotions all piled up! Happy, relieved, thankful, grateful and so many more," she wrote. She urged everyone to take care of themselves, wear mask and get vaccinated. "Life is beautiful make the most of each and everyday," she added.

On the work front, he was last seen in Sarileru Neekevvaru. Up next, he will be seen in Sarkaru Vaari Paata. His fans are looking forward to his upcoming project.
