Tollywood actor Naga Chaitanya has found himself in the midst of a controversy after he announced his engagement to actress Sobhita Dhulipala on August 8th. The announcement was met with a lot of hate from the netizens as it has only been three years since his divorce from Samantha Ruth Prabhu. While he has deleted all most all his photos with his ex-wife from his official social media handles, he has kept a few posters and photos on his handle.
This has not gone down well netizens as they have been spamming those posts with negative messages. It is to be noted, that these posts date back to the year 2018, a year after Sam and Chay had tied the knot. In one of the posts, captioned, “Throw back .. Taking to the comment section of the post, many posted angry faced and heartbreak emojis. One wrote, “Freeking delete it already.” Another wrote, “You don't deserve Sam.” Other one wrote, “You still not move on i think that why you keep this as a good memory with Samantha.” One commented, “Your mom got divorced by Nagarjuna, and you saw how her life turned out. Now you’re doing the same thing to your wife, Samantha, and marrying Sohitha.” Another commented, “Nothings wrong you to have this pic in your feed but caption?! Seriously? Talking about the newly engaged couple, Chaitanya and Sobhita have reportedly been dating for around two years. Before getting engaged to the actress, he had tied the knot with with Samantha Ruth Prabhu in 2017 in Goa. The glimpses of their beautiful wedding had taken the internet by storm as they were one of the most-loved couples in the Telugu entertainment industry.
While the reason for their separation is yet to be known, there have been a lot of speculations surrounding it. Despite it all the divorced couple maintained a silence what went wrong in their relationship.
