Actress Arundhathi Nair made a name for herself in the Tamil and Malayalam entertainment industry with her versatile performances and bubbly personality. She has left her fans worried as reports of her getting into a horrifying road accident surfaced on the internet. Confirming the same, her sister Arathy Nair revealed that the actress is on a ventilator after she met with an accident in Kerela. Through an Instagram, Arathy issued a statement about her sister’s condition and urged the fans to pray for Arundhati’s recovery.
As reported by News18, the accident reportedly took place at the Kovalam bypass. She was heading home after an interview with a YouTube Channel. The Saithan actress was traveling with her brother on the bike when the accident occurred. She suffered head injuries. Through her social media post, Nair clarified that her sister got into an accident three days ago. She further wrote, “She is critically injured and fighting for her life while being kept on a ventilator at the Ananthapuri Hospital in Trivandrum.” The post was shared with the caption, “We Need your prayers and Support for her speedy recovery.”
Fans were quick to take to the comment section of the post to express their well wishes and shock. One wrote, “She will get well soon ma…” Another wrote, “Get well soon my dear friend.” Other one wrote, “Ayyo really sad to see this. For those who don’t know, Arundhathi Nair made her debut with Pongi Ezhu Manohara (2014), a Tamil Film. She went on to star in Vijay Anthony’s Saithan, which cemented her career as an actress. She went on to explore the Malayalam entertainment industry with Ottakoru Kaamukan (2018). She last starred in Ravi Murukaya directorial Aayiram Porkaasukal (2023), co-starring Vidharth.
