Rajinikanth last delivered a box office hit titled Jailer and the superstar has a massive fan following among fans. He was recently spotted outside Coimbatore airport as he reached there for a family event. Fans went crazy to see a glimpse of Thalaivar and they mobbed the superstar, who somehow tried to reach his car. He still waved at his fans, while getting in his car, which was a kind gesture. A viral video captures Rajinikanth being surrounded by his enthusiastic fans, eager to snap selfies and catch a glimpse of their idol. The actor is attired in a black t-shirt, paired with white pants. The 72-year old was warmly embraced by the crowd in Coimbatore, and he reciprocated their love with a gracious gesture, folding his hands in greeting. The actor always show up to his fans and greets them no matter how much the crowd is and this is what makes him a true superstar. According to ANI, the south superstar was quoted saying, “I was about to meet former Andhra Pradesh CM and TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu but due to family functions it didn't happen." In the last few months, he has made several visits to various religious and spiritual destinations across the country following the success of his movie Jailer. 

Helmed by Nelson Dilipkumar, the film graced the big screens on August 10. It features an ensemble cast including Vinayakan, Ramya Krishnan, Tamannaah Bhatia, Vasanth Ravi, Sunil, and Yogi Babu. Additionally, it featured superstar cameos by Mohanlal, Shiva Rajkumar, and Jackie Shroff, along with chart-topping music composed by Anirudh. Jailer is available to stream on Amazon Prime Video.
