The veteran Cinematographer and director KV Anand passed away at the wee hours today due to a heart attack. His sudden demise put into shock the world of Cinema. There is shocking news in a row that Late KV Anand tested positive for COVID-19. As per the rules of Government, his mortal remains will directly be sent to the crematorium for the rituals. As per the reports, KV Anand suffered a massive heart attack in the wee hours today, but as per the latest updates, it has been confirmed that he had tested positive for COVID-19.
Cinematographer and director KV Anand lived with his wife, two daughters, and mother. His residence is Adyar in Chennai. As per the reports a few weeks ago, his wife and daughter were also tested positive for COVID-19 and were home quarantined with treatment. Thereafter, KV Anand also tested positive and symptoms of Covid-19 were apparent as he got difficulty in breathing. So far, in such a difficult situation he dared to drive his car and admitted himself in the hospital at Adyar. But, the 54 years aged Cinematographer and director could not survive and died of a heart attack at around 3 AM today.
KV Anand won the National Award for Malayalam film titled “Thenmavin Kombath” in 1994. He also directed many award-winning Tamil and Malayalam films as well. KV Anand’s debut movie as a director was released in 2005 titled 'Kana Kandaen'.
