Renowned Pakistani singer Atif Aslam has made a name for himself in the music industry with her enchanting voice and beautiful songs. Despite having not performed in India, fans from all corners of the world often shower him with love and adoration for his melodies. Recently, a video from his concert that was held in Bangladesh, last week, went viral where he could seen hugging one of his hysterical fans. The viral video has left the netizens with mixed reactions.

In the tweet that is doing rounds on social media, a netizen shared the video with the caption, “A crazy Bangladeshi fan gets emotional at Atif Aslam's last night show in Dhaka.” In the video, a teenage girl, dressed in a blue outfit, is seen hugging Atif tightly. Being the humble and calm person that he is, he hugs her back and tries to control her hysteria. After some convincing, she leaves him and his guards escort her carefully off the stage. While some schooled the girl for crossing the 41-year-old musician’s personal boundaries, others credited Aslam for remaining calm. Some even raised questions on how the situations would have been dealt with had male fans done this with a female celebrity. One wrote, “He acted with grace and sensitivity.” Another wrote, “Cringe. Imagine if it was the other way around. The woman should be fined.” Other one commented, “Other way around is highly unlikely. Most men are able to keep their emotions in control and not get carried away to this extent.
