This time her new post expressed a different feeling altogether. Rasika talks about mental health awareness in her recent post.

The actress writes, “2020 feels different in the gut, doesn’t it? It was today evening that I started feeling something churn up inside my belly. I couldn’t exactly put a finger on what it was, why did it feel so awkward, so restless all of a sudden. I was in my home, safe, sane at one second, but so confused, hurt, the other. I decided to close my eyes shut so that all this would go away. But, the fear grew on to me. It was frustrating as I didn’t even know the trigger, I could blame on, for my unexplained feelings. My eyes, still closed. I had read and heard of this door, that exists in our imagination. You open it and get your answers. I saw one. Curious, I walked closer, to open it. I pushed the door open and entered inside… To be continued”. Rasika Sunil talks about melancholy and anxiety due to global problems.
