The film Panghrun is Gauri Ingawale’s official debut as a lead actress, releasing on 20th March 2020. Before even the release of the film, it has turned out to become a huge success and Gauri’s performance in the film is also recognized by the critics as remarkable. She has worked as a child artist in 3:56 Killari.
The film is set in a vintage era and Amol Bavdekar and Sulekha Talwalkar are also a part of this film. The story is about a young girl married off to an elderly man who has daughters almost close to the bride’s age. The bride takes on the household like a mature woman but has an innate ability to dance gracefully. She is seen practicing ballet moves to a gramophone in one of the trailers. From the looks of it, it seems to be a musical film with the melodious playback by Ketaki Mategaonkar. Her mature performance is evident in the 2 minutes musical trailer where sensitive emotion is conveyed only through her expressions and body language.
While Mahesh’s daughter Saiee debuted with Bollywood superstar Salman Khan in one of the most popular franchises of Bollywood, Dabangg3, his stepdaughter is making her debut in Marathi.
