Prasad Oak shares a fascinating new motion poster of his next big Marathi film ‘Hirkani’. After the intriguing poster shared by Prasad Oak excitement was at its peak yesterday. His post was then re-posted by Chinmay Mandlekar And Sonalee Kulkarni.

Prasad Oak shared a motion poster today on his Instagram that answered this question. This poster is about their upcoming film ‘Hirkani’.


This October 24, you will witness one of the biggest chapters of history getting recreated on silver screen. A story of a mother who risked her life and reputation and was then honoured with the title 'Hirkani' by the most courageous emperor Shivaji Maharaj.


This motion poster was shared by many industry peers of Prasad. Swwapnil Joshi wished Hirkani team with lots of best wishes. Sai Tamhankar too wished a hearty congratulations to Prasad. Priya Bapat, Rashmi Pant, Kshitee Jog, Hemant Dhome, Sayali Sanjeev, Siddharth Jadhav and Sonalee Kulkarni, reposted this story.


It seems like the entire Marathi industry is gleaming with pride about this warrior mother and Prasad Oak's resolve to recreate her history on silver screen. When Swwapnil Joshi says Mitwa, it indicates, his co-actor Sonalee can be a part of the cast.


After seeing actor Sonalee’s London posts we know we will see her next in Hemant Dhome’s ‘Jhimma’. After dazzling in the house full blockbuster hit comedy ‘Ye Re Ye Re Paisa 2’, Prasad is turning to direction in this film. 


It is also speculated that Chinmay Mandlekar will be a part of this film. He too has recently turned into a director, but for Marathi drama. ‘Nimma Shimma Rakshas’ is his ongoing project. He will also be seen soon in ‘Fatteshikast’ a period drama as Shivaji Maharaj.
