Girlz song Chhabidar Chhabi: Pinjra’s most famous song gets remixed

The legendary song ‘Chhabidar Chhabi’ from the movie Pinjra has been remixed in the movie Girlz, starring Ankita Lande, Ketaki Narayan, Anvita Phaltankar and Parth Bhalerao. This lavani is sure to create buzz in every Marathi function in the coming days. The song from the 1972’s national award winning movie Pinjra has been sung by Mugdha Karhade and Adarsh Shinde. The original song was sung by Usha Mangeshkar and the lead singers in the remixed version could be seen doing justice to the song. The lead actors could also be seen dancing to the track with full energy.

The music composers Praful - Swapnil, Samir Saptiskar has made every effort to keep intact the originality of the song while adding new elements to attract the young generations. The original song was composed by Ram Kadam while the lyrics were given by Jagdish Khebudkar.


The much awaited film has been directed by Vishal Sakharam Devrukhkar and producerd by Naren Kumar. Vishal’s last two movies were ‘Boyz’ and ‘Boyz 2’ which created a huge buzz among the movie buffs. This time Devrukhkar has come up with this movie ‘Girlz’ which will show the lead actors in much bolder characters. The trailer of the movie has already created sensation and the viewers are eagerly waiting for the film’s release.

The movie is scheduled to release on November 29, 2019.
