We all envy when we see Miss India’s hourglass-like figure and wish to have the same figure too. But most of us don’t know how to achieve that perfect figure. But today, we have brought to you the diet chart and workout regime of former Miss India Manushi Chhillar which one can follow to have a diva-like shape. 

Former Miss India Manushi Chhillar has revealed her diet and workout regime. She says, “I focus on a balanced lifestyle which includes adequate sleep, eating healthy food. I at least do work out four to five times a week and also follows a balanced diet.”



She further added that in this quarantine time mental health is equally important. “Fitness is also about mental well-being. I always inspire everyone to take time out to be fit and healthy. Eat correct food to have a healthy life in future,” she said.


Manushi Chhillar has recently become a brand ambassador of Adidas. She will make her acting debut in a historical period drama film Prithviraj. The film is being directed by Chandraprakash Dwivedi and is based on the life of King Prithviraj Chauhan. 

Chhillar will essay the role of the Princess of Kannauj Samyukta and will be seen opposite Akshay Kumar.
