Losing weight wasn't easy
Aishwarya's weight loss wasn't easy after delivering a baby. The diva is not a gym freak and does not follow any strict workout plan. In one of her interview she revealed that she was never serious about the workout and she mostly prefers yoga over workout. According to diva, yoga is the best way to keep yourself healthy and fit. She says she does jogs and brisk walks in morning followed by 45 minutes of yoga session.
Aishwarya Rai Bachchan's Diet
In one of her interviews the actress said that she never misses on her breakfast and begins her day with warm honey and lemon water. She further goes for a protein and fibre rich breakfast followed by "ghar ka khana", which includes dal, chapatti and boiled vegetables for lunch. She keeps her dinner light.
Aishwarya never compromises on her portion of meal and prefers smaller meals throughout the day. She avoids having junk foods and fatty acids, instead she goes for fresh fruits, vegetables and fresh juices when hunger strike.
