Get Cues From Mira Rajput And Neha Dhupia, To Get Back In Shape After Having A Baby
Shahid Kapoor's wife Mira Kapoor along with Neha Dhupia recently flagged off a walkathon for pregnant mothers in mumbai. In which around 375 moms-to-be participated. The walkathon included a 1 Km walk to encourage women and create awareness about self love and fitness.  

Now they have come up with, postpartum blues. Mira Rajput and Neha Dhupia are now giving tips to moms, to get in shape after having a baby. 


Here's their Get Back In shape after baby Tips: 

Walk As Much As You Can

After the delivery, if your doctor allows, then you should walk for a short duration, atleast for a 5 minutes.  

Do squats
Doing squats would be another best exercise. Sit to stand or squats is a good way to introduce strength training in the fitness program. Squats can be done anywhere any time. 


Do Abdominis Exercise
Transverse abdominis training can be done, you can sit or lie on your back, Pull your belly button in towards your back. 


Glute Bridges
Glute bridges would be the way to raise and highlight gluteus muscles as well as the core.



Hit the upper Body
Band presses and band rows can be helpful to hit the upper body.

And after 8 weeks of your delivery, if everything is ok you can also hit the gym to get fit. You can start with machine based lifts low load, high repetitions would be the mantra. After 12 weeks, things can be ramped up! Not all the pregnancies are the same, these tips can be too slow or too fast and thus would have tweaked for a different individuals.
