Radhika Madan popularly known as Ishani, for her lead role in “Meri Aashiqui Tum Se Hi” became a household name after appearing in a TV serial. She then moved further to join the movie industry with her first debute Patakha, for which she recieved lots of appreciation. After her first bollywood debute there was no looking back for her. And 'The Bala Har Mard Ko Dard Hota Hai' star was last seen in her recent release Angrezi Medium along with Irfan Khan and Kareena Kapoor. The young actress practices both Yoga and Martial arts, recently spilled beans on her fitness secrets to an online magazine. Today we are here to tell you her favourite quick 4-minute fat-blasting workout routine that helps to keep her in shape and stay fit. 


Radhika Madan Favourite Workout Regime: 

In an interview, she was asked to give a piece of advice to someone who wants to work out but is too lazy or doesn’t have the time? Then Radhika responded by saying “Tabata guys! 4-minutes and you are done for the day.” According to Radhika, working out on a busy day is quite possible, she walks in a room for about 45 minutes and that too on an empty stomach and squeezes in a set of ‘Tabata’ which lasts for four minutes. 

In addition to Tabata, the Angrezi Medium actress shows us the yoga steps she's pro at and takes us through her number of cheat days in a month. Her cheat day comes ones in a week, which she treats with snacking on makhana.

You must be wondering, what are the benefits of Tabata, it is a form of high-intensity interval training and a session of the four-minute workout which includes: 20 seconds of a very high-intensity exercise (burpees, jumping jacks, etc.), 10 seconds of rest, repeat 8 times for a total of 4 minutes.
