Amidst the buzz, craziness and eager anticipation, ALTBalaji’s BOSS: Baap of Special Services has finally hit the digital screens. Wrapped in a heavy dose of action, drama, mystery, and thrill, the web series is a complete entertainment package which doesn’t lose its grip over viewers even for a second. What makes it for a perfect binge-watch is the show marking the digital debut of television heartthrob Karan Singh Grover (KSG) and 'Chak De' girl Sagarika Ghatge.
The 10-episode series is a story of Sudhir Kohli (Karan Singh Grover), an undercover cop, who is a specialist in solving homicide cases or cases where criminals often go undetected. His comic timing, packed along with his intense looks and Oh! that perfect body, adds weight to his onscreen presence and charisma. On the other hand, Sakshi Ranjan (Sagarika Ghatge) is a brave, proud and dedicated police officer. For her, it is all about bringing a change within the system by being part of the change herself.
Hooking the viewer right from the word go, every episode revolves around a new puzzle, which has to be solved, that further unravels another mystery. Also adding to the suspense and intrigue is the mission to find a mysterious balloon man in the northern belt of India. One gets to see two different shades of Sudhir as he’s a step ahead of everyone in his game but tends to remain a mystery for everyone.
The daredevil stunts performed by the leading pair is sure to leave you mesmerized. Along with the action and case solved, the chemistry shared between Karan and Sagarika will surely feel like a breath of fresh air. Apart from the leading pair, the series features an ensemble cast that includes Gaurav Gera, Ayaz Khan, Kanika Maheshwari, Tarun Mahilani, Mahesh Shetty and Dalljiet Kaur who put in power-packed performances and apt dozes of situational humour and mystery.
