The Big Bull Trailer: Abhishek Bachchan's Spectacular Act As A Stock Broker Will Take You Back To Guru Days

The mother of all scams is here! After delivering some memorable characters over the course of his career, Abhishek Bachchan is back with yet another spectacular role - this time as stockbroker Hemant Shah in the much awaited movie The Big Bull. Directed by Kookie Gulati, this crime drama is inspired by some of the shocking financial shifts from the late 80s and 90s. The trailer of the movie was released earlier today and we are quite impressed.

The story is based in 1987 when Abhishek Bachchan as Hemant Shah becomes a stock broker. He acquires all the secrets and gets into insider trading. And then it is all about taking risks, gambling and reaching new heights of success. He wants to be powerful and he'll do anything in his capacity to achieve his big dreams. There'll be a time though when he'll fall flat but how he gets moving again is going to be worth witnessing. Ileana D'Cruz plays the role of a journalist in this film while Nikita Dutta plays the role of Hemant's life partner.

There are glimpses in the trailer that definitely take us back to Mani Ratnam's Guru days where Abhishek Bachchan's character ruthlessly pursues success. Check out the trailer of The Big Bull here:


The film also features Sohum Shah in pivotal role and is produced by Ajay Devgn, Anand Pandit and co-produced by Kumar Mangat Pathak and Vikrant Sharma. The movie is all set to stream exclusively for the subscribers of Disney+ Hotstar VIP and Disney+ Hotstar Premium on 8th April 2021.
