Pankaj Tripathi, Abhishek Banerjee, Hina Khan, Aamir Ali & Tina Dutta: 2020's Powerful Villains
Now that we are in the last leg of the catastrophic year that 2020 has been, hoping for a better 2021, this year also set a new trend, a humongous rise in the number of OTT shows ever made.

With people stuck in the lockdown & shooting of daily soaps being stalled, people across the globe switched to the digital space for their dose of entertainment & the makers left us impressed with some of the best content & storytelling ever.

With our favorite actors doing unconventional roles to an Indian show breaking records of all OTT shows ever made, this year never seemed to slow down the entertainment biz.

If 2020 were a person, then it would be a villain in the story of our lives. Let's take a look at 5 villains from the web shows who flawlessly showed their grey side and made us fall in love with them.

Pankaj Tripathi - Pankaj Tripathi is the undisputed king of the web space. With his effortless acting prowess & ability to deliver lines so powerfully which serve as a fine material for meme makers across the internet, Mirzapur would have been Incomplete without the most loved villain.

Abhishek Banarjee - With a character name as Hathoda Tyagi, the makers of Patal Lok exactly knew they had created the darkest of the villains. With a poker straight face & anger in his eyes, with only a few dialogues, Abhishek definitely brought the dark side out with a thud.

Hina Khan - Hina played the quintessential bahu for the longest time but crushed all stereotypes & became an overnight Diva after Bigg Boss. This year with two major thrillers on the web, Unlock & Damaged 2, Hina proved yet again that she can do it all. From never smoking a cigarette in real life to portraying a drug addict in Damaged 2, with Unlock, Hina makes for the perfect obsessive lover who'd go to any length to get a man she desires. Hina Khan sure knows to make grey look so good.

Aamir Ali - The chocolate boy known for his impeccable comic timing as Bajrang Pandey in FIR made his biggest debut with critically acclaimed Naxalbari. For the longest time it was kept under wraps that the I hate luv storys actor would play a grey role. Aamir Ali rocked as a shrewd industrialist & became the guy we'd love to hate.

Tina Dutta - Popular in every household in every corner of the country after her role in Uttaran, Tina Dutta did surprise people playing a grey shade in recently released Naxalbari. Tina as Ketki was the quintessential girl next door who aroused a certain mystery around her character, however small the screen space only to shock the audiences in the climax.
