Game Of Thrones Season 8, Episode 6: After Starbucks Mug Blunder, Prop Department Leaves A Plastic Water Bottle
Game Of Thrones, HBO’s most popular fantasy series, has become Game Of Jokes, with the finale season coming to an end today. A few hours back, we brought you the review of the final episode, which was underwhelming to no extent. And now, add another blunder to the list.

After the Starbucks coffee mug in Episode 4 of Season 8, the prop department has goofed-up again. This time it’s a plastic water bottle, placed near Samwell Tarly’s leg, in a scene where the lord and ladies of the kingdoms are choosing their next king. Fans have spotted this mistake and it’s going viral now. Check out a few fan tweets below:

It was not long ago when GoT makers were mocked for carelessly leaving a Starbucks coffee mug on table. At that time Bernie Caulfield, an executive producer on the show, in a tweet had apologised for their mistake and accepted that it was a blunder of the props division’s part, which is otherwise 1000 percent alert on-the-sets.

Bernie Caulfield, during an interview with WNYC radio today, had said that the offending cup was just a simple mistake. “We’re sorry!” Caulfield said before quipping that “Westeros was the first place to actually, you know, have Starbucks.” He had also added, in good humour that “if that’s the worst thing they’re finding, then we’re in good shape.” While the mistake is certainly a bit embarrassing for HBO, everyone involved seems to be taking it in good humour. “Starbucks, send us money!” joked Caulfield, as the coffee chain has begun to use the unintended cameo to plug it’s (completely unrelated to Game of Thrones) Dragon Drink. The chain tweeted from their official handle, “TBH we're surprised she didn't order a Dragon Drink.”
