Ek Thi Begum Season 2 Trailer OUT: Crime Drama Series Starring Anuja Sathe Returns With A New Season; To Release On THIS Date

After the success of the first season of the crime drama series, MX Player announced the second season of the highly anticipated show.  Inspired by true events, MX Original Series Ek Thi Begum won the hearts of the viewers and critics, with the story of the bold and daring Ashraf aka Sapna, who turned femme fatale and vowed to avenge her husband’s killer. A woman scorned, she took matters into her own hands and Season 1 ended on a cliff-hanger with Ashraf’s life in the balance. Season 2 will feature with Anuja Sathe, Rajendra Shisatkar, Ankit Mohan, Vivek Aapte, Raju Aathavle, Vaibhav Ambekar, Amitraj among others, and is expected to release on 30 September.

 Amidst heightened anticipation and directed by Sachin Darekar and Vishal Modhave, Ek Thi Begum 2 returns with a woman called Leela Paswan, who hasn’t only made herself heard in a predominantly man’s world but has everyone in power looking for her - the underworld, cops, and politicians. Taking to their Instagram account MX Player wrote, "Lekar junoon aur jazba x 2, laut rahi hai Begum as Leela Paswan in season 2!Watch the story of this Badass Begum in #EkThiBegum2, releasing on 30 September."

Earlier the second season was set to release on April 2020, but it has been delayed for over a year, and now MX Player has set to release the series by end of this month.
