The makers of the upcoming season of Bigg Boss OTT are currently gearing up for the show. Ever since they announced that Anil Kapoor will be hosting season 3, fans have been left divided. As the premiere date of the show nears, netizens have started to speculate who will be contestants of the show. As names like Harshad Chopda, Dalljiet Kaur, and Shehzada Dhami are doing the rounds, a new name has emerged. According to a recent exclusive report by the Free Press Journal, Mika Singh has been approached by the makers of the show.
Yes, you read that right! The media publication reports that according to their well-placed sources, the well-known singer has been approached to participate in the controversial reality show. Their source mentioned that he is yet to sign the contract and that things are still at a nascent stage. FPJ quoted its source stating, “Mika has been approached for the show very recently but things are still in the naescent stage. For those who don’t know, the Mauja Hi Mauja hitmaker was last seen in ‘Mika Di Votti,’ where he found his better half in Akanksha Puri, however things didn’t work out between them. Puri had gone on to participate in Bigg Boss OTT 2, where she made the headlines for locking lips with co-contestant Jad Hadid. It is to be noted that the first season of Bigg Boss OTT was hosted by Karan Johar and the second season by Salman Khan. The third season will be hosted by Anil Kapoor. If the media reports are to be believed, the tentative list of Bigg Boss OTT 3 includes names like Shezaan Khan, Harshad Chopda, Shehzada Dhami and Pratiksha Honmukhe of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai fame, Thugesh, Dalljiet Kaur, Maxtern, Sai Ketan Rao, Dolly Chaiwala, and Vada Pav Didi. Bigg Boss OTT 3 is all set to stream on Jio Cinema from June 21, 2024.
