13 Reasons Why Is Making A Comeback For Season 3
Netflix original, 13 Reasons Why, has always been at the heart of controversy. The first season especially led to a lot of debate on issues of mental as well as the graphic representation of suicide committed by the lead character, Hannah Baker. This time, when the show is back for a third season, we are ready to see where the story takes us next.

Before we delve into the trailer, here’s what happened on the show so far. 13 Reasons Why follows the lives of a group of students in a school called Liberty High. Hannah Baker, the protagonist of the first season, committed suicide and left a bunch of tapes to the boy who had always loved her, Clay Jensen. What follows is revelation after revelation leading to the fact that Bryce Walker, a boy from the school, had raped Hannah, along with her best friend Jessica. It is also revealed later that Bryce had also raped his girlfriend Chloe and was a repeat sexual offender.

Season 2 delved into the charges against Bryce as Jessica decides to place charges against him after Hannah’s death. And while everyone is rooting for Jessica and hoping that Bryce goes to prison for a long, long time, the opposite happens and he is set free with only a few months of probation.

The trailer for Season 3 starts of with a crime scene investigation. We see the students of Liberty High one by one till we appear at the scene of a funeral and the camera pans to tell us that Bryce Walker is the one who is dead. His mother is questioning the kids about what happened to her son.

So, who killed Bryce Walker? And did a group of teenagers commit murder? We will find out on August 23rd.

Netflix has also announced that 13 Reasons Why will also be coming back for a 4th season which will reportedly be the last one.
