Rachael Leigh Cook Was Hit Hard After The Death Of Fast And Furious Star Paul Walker

Rachael Leigh Cook played the character of Laney Boggs character in the movie She's All That. Her co-star from the film, Paul Walker portrayed the actor Dean Sampson. In the iconic high school drama of the late ‘90s, it was Dean who challenged Freddie Prinze Jr's character Zack Siler to transform Laney into school royalty. The duo was popular on-screen ever since. Rachael Leigh Cook and Paul Walker shared great off-screen chemistry as well!
The death of Paul Walker in the 2013 car crash had a lasting impact on Cook. The actress recently quoted her feelings while talking in an interview, “I remember how hard it hit me when I heard about Paul's passing because you always think that there's going to be... this is the corniest thing I've ever said... but you always think that there's going to be time to reminisce with people, the way I'm doing with you now...or the way I got to do with (Matthew Lillard)...about a time that was."
Rachel Leigh Cook was grieving over the loss of her dear friend when she talked about this in an interview. Cook further added how grateful she is that she's been able to stay connected with another co-star in the film, Matthew Lillard, who played self-obsessed reality star, Brock Hudson.
The actor died from injuries sustained in the single-vehicle collision. The car he was in crashed at a speed of more than 100mph and went up in flames. Walker died after his friend Roger Rodas, who was driving the Porsche Carrera GT, also died in the crash.
The industry was shaken after the incident and global media and netizens were grieving the loss of this superstar. He was one of the most celebrated actors in the Fast and Furious franchise.
