American pop singer Pink recently revealed that she and her 3-year-old son Jameson had tested positive for Coronavirus two weeks ago and after doctors care and precaution both have tested negative recently but are still under quarantine. The singer in her Instagram post said that two weeks ago both she and her son showed symptoms of COVID-19 and hence got themselves tested. She further said that fortunately, her physician had the primary tests kits and hence could get diagnosed in time.
Just sometime back Pink took to her Instagram and posted a beautiful picture of herself with her son and revealed about being infected. She said, "Two weeks ago my three-year-old son, Jameson, and I are were showing symptoms of COVID-19, fortunately, our primary care physician had access to tests and I tested positive. My family was already sheltering at home and we continued to do so for the last two weeks following the instruction of our doctor. Just a few days ago we were re-tested and are now thankfully negative."
Condemning President Trump's response to the COVID-19 outbreak in America, Pink stated, "
"It is an absolute travesty and failure of our government to not make testing more widely accessible, people need to know that the illness affects the young and old, healthy and unhealthy, rich and poor, and we must make testing free and more widely accessible to protect our children, our families, our friends and our communities"
Pink also announced that she is donating $1 million for COVID-19 relief efforts.
