The LA Lakers legend Kobe Bryant passed away in a tragic helicopter crash with daughter Gianna and seven other above Calabasas near Los Angeles on Sunday night. As NBA legend Shaquille O'Neal and his family were very close to the Bryant’s, Shaquille O'Neal's son Shareef O’Neal took to his social media to express his grief and shared his last chat with the NBA legend, just hours before his tragic death.
On Twitter, Shaquille O'Neal's son Shareef O’Neal shared the last chat he had with Kobe Bryant that was just hours before his death. He tweeted, “Literally this morning you reached out to me .... I love you forever uncle love you,” and shared a screenshot of his chat on Instagram with the NBA Lakers legend. In the picture shared by Shareef, the conversation he had with Kobe Bryant took place on Sunday morning, just hours before his death in the tragic helicopter crash. I would hug his children like they were my own and he would embrace my kids like they were his. His baby girl Gigi was born on the same day as my youngest daughter Me’Arah.”
