Recently, Hollywood actor Matt Damon, in his interview, revealed that his eldest daughter Alexia was infected with the virus in the New York City, while the rest of his family is quarantining in Dublin, reports usatoday.com.

The actor revealed how Alexia, along with her classmates, had tested positive for Coronavirus; however, she is doing fine now. Ever since the lockdown was announced, Matt and his remaining family are residing in Ireland, where he was shooting for his film The Last Duel. The whole family is well-equipped. He said, "She’s (Alexia) in New York City and she had COVID really early on along with her roommates and got through it fine." Matt added that they will be only able to reunite with Alexia by the end of this month.

He added, "We’ll reunite with her at the end of the month. But everybody’s OK, obviously Lucy’s mom and my mom it’s scary for that generation. We’ve got what nobody else has, which is actual, live human beings teaching our kids. We feel guilty. We’ve got this kind of incredible set up in this place that’s absolutely gorgeous."

FYI, Matt Damon had starred in a 2011 sci-fi drama movie titled Contagion, which went viral amid the Coronavirus outbreak since fans thought that it had predicted the epidemic long back.
