Kanye West-Taylor Swift feud from years ago has once again resurfaced, and it was a war of words on social media with their rep and family members trying to prove their point once again. A few days ago, a video clip surfaced on the Internet, which was the 25-minute phone call that proved what Taylor had been maintaining all along- that Kanye didn’t ask her before calling Taylor ‘that b*tch’ in his song ‘Famous’. After that, Taylor shared her public statement about the phone call from 2016. However, now Kim Kardashian lashed out at Taylor Swift for reigniting the feud with Kanye West at such a time when millions are suffering, and accused her of lying about the call.

Kim Kardashian took to her Twitter handle and shared a series of Tweets defending Kanye, and accusing Taylor Swift. She wrote, “.@taylorswift13 has chosen to reignite an old exchange - that at this point in time feels very self-serving given the suffering millions of real victims are facing right now. I didn’t feel the need to comment a few days ago, and I’m actually really embarrassed and mortified to be doing it right now, but because she continues to speak on it, I feel I’m left without a choice but to respond because she is actually lying.” She further stated that no one denied that the word ‘b*tch’ was used without her permission.

Kim further wrote, “To be clear, the only issue I ever had around the situation was that Taylor lied through her publicist who stated that “Kanye never called to ask for permission...” They clearly spoke so I let you all see that. Nobody ever denied the word “bitch” was used without her permission.” She went on further in her tweets claiming that the lie wasn’t about the word ‘b*tch’, but about whether there was a call or not. After Kim’s tweets, Taylor Swift’s PR Tree Paine took to her social media and hit back. Sharing a picture of her original statement, she wrote, “I’m Taylor’s publicist and this is my UNEDITED original statement. Btw, when you take parts out, that’s editing.  P.S. who did you guys piss off to leak that video?”
