Keanu Reeves Feels He Would Be Honoured To Be A Part Of Marvel Cinematic Universe, “It'd Be Cool”
The rumours of Hollywood’s all-time favourite actor Keanu Reeves joining Marvel Cinematic Universe has been going viral for quite some time now. Fans have been excited to see the ace actor finally grab a character and join the universe.

While the MCU is currently in the age of transition as it enters its post-Infinity Saga chapter in Phase 4. This ultimately means, a new batch of heroes and villains will be inducted into the franchise and their debut has sparked excitement amongst the fans. As part of the MCU's new chapter, more actors and actresses will become part of Marvel's stellar ensemble.

This gives Reeves an opportunity to grab a space for himself in the MCU.

In an interaction with Esquire, the John Wick actor spoke about the possibility of starring in a Marvel film during an interview for the magazine's cover issue that hits newsstands on December 7.

"It would be an honour. Some really amazing directors and visionaries. They're doing something no one's ever really done. It's special in that sense, in terms of the scale, the ambition, the production. So it'd be cool to be a part of that," he said when asked if he'd consider working for Marvel.

In a career spanning over three decades, he has made a total of 68 movies. While he has starred in everything from romantic to action films, Reeves talked about the type of storytelling he prefers the most.

"There's always a relationship--a drama, a circumstance--in storytelling. But for me, it's cool when a work of art can entertain but also be inspirational or challenging or--I'm gonna bring up ye olde Bard--hold the mirror up. It's much more rewarding because it means that you're getting into it," he said.

Reeves added, "Asking questions. Looking at the diamond and seeing which ways the light refracts and reflects. It can be everything from 'Be excellent to each other' in the circumstances of Bill and Ted, and those characters going against all odds, to The Matrix, which is, you know, 'What truth?' Confronting systems of control and thinking about will, and love, and who we are and how we are."

Currently, Keanu is gearing for the release of Matrix 4.
