These stunners are fans of intermittent fasting, a method of dieting wherein they fast for sixteen hours every day, rely on drinking only green juices and undergo some intense workouts for six days in a week. As cruel and impossible as it sounds, both Jennifer Aniston and Reese Witherspoon, in a conversation with UK magazine Radio Times, revealed that skip food for 16 hours every day and only eat during the rest eight hours. The FRIENDS actor was quoted as saying, "I do intermittent fasting, so there's no food in the morning. I noticed a big difference in going without solid food for 16 hours”.


In fact, both Jennifer and Reese follow the liquid diet and drink only juice and coffee, as intermittent fasting demands only water and tea without milk or sweetener during the fasting hours. While Aniston wakes up to a glass of celery juice; Witherspoon reveals that she has green juice and coffee in the morning. Well, the two do have a cheat day once every week; however, Jennifer prefers having a glass of celery juice on that day. The duo also undergoes some intense workout for five-six days in a week.
