Henry Cavill Might Return As Superman, Says ‘The Cape Is Still In The Closet. It’s Still Mine’
He is not yet done! We are talking about British actor Henry Cavill’s outing as Superman on the silver screen. The actor is confirmed of being in talks with the makers for an upcoming DC Comics movie. The actor who played the iconic character of Clark Kent and superhero on screen, Superman, though did not spill more details about the project, he only stated of willing to continue with this iconic role in the upcoming movie as well. Are Henry Cavill’s fans already whistling?

The news was confirmed to the publication Variety.com via one of its sources. The actor was last seen in Man of Steel (2013) and Batman Vs Superman (2016) and Justice League (2017). Few months ago in conversation with MensHealth publication, he had confirmed of continuing to play this character, as this character is very close to him and still the character needs a lot of justice to be done. He also confirmed that this character still belongs to him and he will take it forward. 

In conversation with MensHealth magazine he said, “The cape is still in the closet. It’s still mine. I’m not going to sit quietly in the dark as all the stuff is going on. I’ve not given up the role. There’s a lot I have to give for Superman yet. A lot of storytelling to do. A lot of real, true depths to the honesty of the character I want to get into. I want to reflect the comic books. That’s important to me. There’s a lot of justice to be done for Superman. The status is: You’ll see.”
