With #MeToo campaign in Hollywood spread like wildfire, many ace filmmakers and artistes were accused for their misbehavior towards the actresses and women working in the field of entertainment. The movement ripped off masks of many such filmmakers who are now facing the legal heat for their wrong doings in the past. Today yet another actress has opened up about being bullied by a filmmaker in her budding days in the entertainment world. Actress Jennifer Aniston recalls of being bullied by filmmaker Harvey Weinstein in the past.
Recalling of an incident from 2005, when the actress was working with the producer for one of her films titled Derailed. The actress was quoted saying by publication, PEOPLE of how she was forced by the producer to wear an outfit from his ex-wife Georgia Chapman’s clothing line Marchesa. Revealing furthermore the actress said how the producer had once come to London when they were shooting for the film and told her to wear a specific dress for the premiere. Back then the actress had firmly put her foot down and had denied to follow his command.
As per reports in The Washington Post, Harvey Weinstein will be going for trial in January 2020 for all the rape charges, sexual assault accuses and criminal sexual acts; these charges are filed on him by two women.
Also actor Ashely Judd had revealed of being sexually harassed by the producer in 1997 in New York during a meeting which took place in a hotel.
