Dwayne Johnson aka The Rock has a very busy 2021. With some of his films releasing this year, the actor also has a long list of movies he will resume work on. It was recently that Dwayne revealed that he has been roped in to play the supervillain character of Black Adam from DC Comics. Currently, The Rock is prepping for his role in the film titled Black Adam. As Dwayne’s fans have been curious to know what’s in store for them with the actor’s upcoming film, Johnson shared a few details on how he is prepping up for his big role.
In a video on Instagram, Dwayne Johnson answered all the questions of his fans related to his fitness regime and training routine for his upcoming film Black Adam. The actor revealed he is working hard to come into the role and shared secrets. He shared a self-shot video of him, and wrote, “Tons of questions from you about my training routine for #BlackAdam Been working very hard on my strength, conditioning, diet, balance and energy to come into this role being in the best shape (hopefully) of my career and raise the bar. Happy to share more insight with you as we go down the road.” The Rock revealed he starts his day with Cardio on an empty stomach in the morning. And, then, he does training in the afternoon or later at night or even midnight.

Meanwhile, Dwayne also mentioned he wants to raise the bar in terms of superhero movies, with his character in Black Adam, but he also wants to come into shape in the best shape of his entire career. He mentioned he is working with the best and most positive people. On the work front, Dwayne Johnson was seen in Jumanji 2: The Next Level. He has films Jungle Cruise, Fast and Furious 9, Netflix’s Red Notice, San Andreas 2, Black Adam and others in the pipeline and yet to be released.
