American singer-actress, Lady Gaga made heads turn as she performed at the US President Joe Biden’s inauguration. As reported in British Vogue the singer wore a bulletproof dress when she performed at the ceremony. She was seen in a navy blue and red dress by Schiaparelli. She told performing at inaugural the ceremony was her career-high. She felt a deep fear while welcoming the 46th president while bidding goodbye 45th president Donald Trump at the ceremony.
She was quoted saying by the publication, “One of the proudest days of my whole life.” She added, “That has to be one of the proudest days of my whole life. Like many people in America, I felt a deep fear when Trump was president, and usher 45 out and 46 in is something I'll be able to tell my children all about.” Speaking about singing in bulletproof dress at the ceremony, she shared if not a singing icon, she would have been a journalist, as it was one of her dreams.
Lady Gaga shared, “Singing in a Schiaparelli bulletproof dress. I don't know if people know this about me, but if I weren't who I am today, I would have been a combat journalist. That was one of my dreams.”
Also seen performing at the event were Jennifer Lopez, Christopher Jackson Garth Brooks. Also joining the ceremony were musicians like Bruce Springsteen, Katy Perry, John Legend, Demi Lovato, Foo Fighters, Justin Timberlake and Bon Jovi.
