Are These The Reasons Tim Miller Left Deadpool 2?
A threat to triple the budget may have worked towards Ryan Reynolds showing Tim Miller the door
Fans were shocked when news came up that Tim Miller has left Deadpool 2 and will no longer be directing the film. The reason given was the all-encompassing creative differences, but there are some rumours swirling about the real reason that Miller left.
It’s alleged that Miller wanted to take the film on a bigger scale and tone down much of the edginess that the first film had, even if it meant going against the one thing that made the film such a huge success. Another rumour doing the rounds is that Miller wasn’t just keen on changing the vision but also the budget of the film – the earlier one was done on an almost boot-strapped amount of $58 million. The director wanted to triple the budget and even make a sleeker, bigger film – much in line with the kind of product that the big-ticket superhero films are.

Well, those are the rumours that are about Miller leaving, but another rumour that’s recently sprung up is that the producers are looking to rope in Quentin Tarantino as the director of the film.
Deadpool is quintessentially a Ryan Reynolds film and a pure gold franchise for the producers right now.
