IIFA Fever: Sonakshi brings sexy back
Bollywood ‘brought it’ to the IIFA Rocks green carpet. Sonakshi was easily the best dressed. Deepika’s gown had drama but it’s a look we’re familiar with. The men too were equally well turned out with Fawad in a checked jacket and Tiger in a three piece suit.

IIFA laid out the green carpet for the biggest names in
Bollywood and this is what they wore to the IIFA Rocks event.

Sonakshi Sinha really was out to rock the green carpet at
IIFA Rocks. In her blinged out gown and sexy make-up she was possibly the best
dressed.

I’m not intensely in love with Deepika Padukone’s gown. It
feels like something we’ve seen before.

Jumpsuits don’t do it for me but maybe Athiya Shetty can try
and change my mind. She looked lovely in this pastel jumpsuit and don’t miss
the cape.

Aditi Rao Hydari looked like a princess of a magical land on
her wedding day. Enough said.

Seems like Bipasha Basu and Karan Singh Grover were still in
shaadi mode. Bipasha’s Sabyasachi sari was sublime and it was so cute to see
Karan Singh Grover match his pink pocket square to her sari.

This Elie Saab on Freida Pinto felt a little lacklustre. It
had no ‘it’ factor.

Nargis Fakhri’s Monisha Jaising pant suit was super stylish
and extremely fierce despite the cool colour. The detailing on the sleeves,
however, looked like it had been taken from a superhero costume.

colour combination and her blouse too was rather stylish.

Trust Neha Dhupia to turn things on its head. Instead of a
plush gown or a heavy sari, she chose to wear a jumpsuit and pair it with an oversized
jacket. Her minimalistic styling too played a big role in making her standout.

Riteish Deshmukh added some flair to the bandhgala with a
pleated fabric at the shoulder in this Shantanu and Nikhil look. Just wished
his shoes were not so casual.
