SRK Clarifies His Stand On 'Intolerance' Comment
At a recent press conference, the actor said that his statements were misconstrued
Over a month since Shah Rukh Khan's 'intolerance' comment sparked an outrage, the actor clarified his stand on the issue.
At a press conference last night, the Dilwale actor said that his statements regarding the subject were "misconstrued, misconstructed and sometimes even, misused." SRK added that in his 23-year long career, he has received unconditional love and affection from his fans and has never faced any sort of discrimination - religious or otherwise.
Clearing the air about the controversy, Shah Rukh also said that he had no intention of hurting anybody with his statements. He stated, "It's sad to know that my statements have hurt people. Perhaps, people misunderstood what I had said and hence were upset."
