Zaira Wasim Molestation: "Daro Mat, Real Life Main DHAKAD Bano," Wrestler Babita Phogat Tells Dangal Girl
Just this morning, we broke to you the story about how Dangal & Secret Superstar actress, 17-year-old Zaira Wasim was allegedly molested on a Delhi-Mumbai flight. A traumatised Zaira had posted a video on Instagram, a little after midnight in which she narrated the harrowing incident that took place on-board the Air Vistara flight, tears rolling down her cheeks.

Zaira narrated that a man who was sitting behind her in the flight was rubbing his foot against her back & neck while she was half asleep. “So, I just landed and you know the whole irony of this is that the guy... this is not done at all. This is not the way, this is not a girl should be made to feel because this is terrible. Is this how they are going to take care of girls? No one will help us if we don't decide to help ourselves. This is the worst thing (sic)," she said, in the Instagram live video.

Now, she has found support in Olympian Babita Phogat. The younger Phogat sister took to Instagram to discuss about the event and talk about how girls should stand up and fight against such ills.

Babita captioned the video as: "पापा अपनी बेटियों को प्यार से गुड़िया बुलाते हैं... तो इसका मतलब ये नहीं के लड़कियाँ खिलौना है... #bestronggirl💪👩👠 #womenpower💪 (sic)."

Babita asks women all across to slap the shit out of people who do such heinous crime of trying to think that women are just dolls and wouldn't hit back. She even asks Zaira to be a 'dhakad' in real life, just like she was in the movie Dangal.

In reply to Zaira’s post the Airlines tweeted saying it is carrying out a detailed investigation into the case, "We @airvistara have seen the reports regarding Zaira Wasim’s experience with another customer on board last night. We are carrying out detailed investigation and will support Zaira in every way required. We have zero tolerance for such behaviour."

Meanwhile, Chairperson of the Maharashtra State Women's Commission (MSCW) Vijaya Rahatkar expressed her horror. She said, “The incident is shameful. MSCW will direct DGCA to conduct an inquiry in the matter. We will also inquire into the steps taken by Vistara to address the complaint. There should be inquiry about why the cabin crew did not help her. We have directed the Mumbai Police to look into the matter immediately. It is sad that none of the co-passengers came ahead to help Zaira. We are with her, and will ensure she gets justice.”

SpotboyE.com has learnt that a Mumbai Police team has approached Zaira to verify her claims, so necessary action can be taken.

After a lady constable recorded Zaira's statement at the Hyatt Regency Hotel this morning, an FIR has been registered at the Sahar Police Station. A case has been made under section 354 and POCSO act as Zaira is a minor. The case registered against an unknown person.
