Zaheer Shaves Off Beard, Fiancee Sagarika Ghatge Fails To Recognise Him!

Out of IPL (Delhi Daredevils went down rather badly), Zaheer Khan took to put the defeat behind him. And lo! He shaved off his beard to look and think different!

The cricketer's fiancee Sagarika Ghatge has something to say about his new look. The Chak De India girl took to Twitter: ” Came back home to this stranger @zakkhan34 doing #breakthebeard rather well”.

Sagarika Ghatge and Zaheer Khan are madly in love. Fans want to know more about their love story. 

Zaheer announced his engagement on Twitter a few days ago as he posted a pic with Sagarika wearing a rock on her finger. Wrote Zaheer: ” Never laugh at your wife’s choices. You are one of them !!! Partners for life.” Soon after his engagement announcement, everyone showered their congratulatory wishes to the couple, from Bollywood celebrities to cricketers, they all gave their best wishes to Zaheer and Sagarika. Sourav Ganguly had the quirkiest congratulatory wish for the cricketer, he wrote, ” @ImZaheer well done ZK ..best decision u have made .god bless both..hopefully post match interview will get better.stay happy”. 

Zaheer marries Sagarika by end of this year. In an interview, Sagarika had recently said, ” We will discuss all this once the IPL is over. Right now Zak (as Zaheer is fondly called) has to practice and once the league is over, we will all sit down and plan the dates and the ceremonies”.

We wonder if Zaheer will surprise Sagarika with the wedding date. Sagarika had claimed in the same interview, ”Zak secretly planned our engagement for days; and I honestly had no clue. I had no idea that he had picked up such a pretty ring for me. I can’t describe that moment and it will forever remain as something very special between us. We are really blessed.”
