Why Celina Jaitly Threw Sunny Leone Out Of Her House

Sunny Leone is in the news once again for the wrong reasons, of course.

Last week, news broke that Sunny and her husband Daniel Weber had been ousted from Celina Jaitly’s flat by the actress herself.

So the story goes, the adult-star-turned actress had rented Celinas penthouse in Bianca Apartments in Andheri, Mumbai from November 2012. They were grateful to Celina for giving her flat to them when no one in Mumbai was ready to do so. However, all hell broke loose when the actress asked them to move out in November 2014 when the lease ended.

To begin with, the couple was in no mood to vacate. But finally when they did, Celinas home was nothing like she remembered. The antique furniture was dumped on the terrace and had become fungus-infested. There were CCTV cameras drilled into the walls. Even the bathroom was in a very bad condition.

Speaking exclusively to SpotboyE.com, Celina finally spilled the beans on the subject. The actress said, “I went out of my way to help my former tenants (Sunny and Daniel) as they were finding it hard to get a place on lease given their background. I even took guarantee for their character to the concerned authorities in good faith. I leased my beautiful penthouse to them for two years. At the end of the lease, I was horrified to see the appalling state of the place. 

Celina is distraught since the repairs will cost close to Rs. 8 lakh. But thats not all.

Despite causing such extensive damage, Daniel has asked her to return the homes deposit which they had given at the time of moving in. Naturally, Celina has refused but he often visits the building demanding the money.

The actress said, Their attitude and communication was sickening and threatening. I was driven to taking legal help to protect my interests and make them honour the contract.”

However, Daniel has a different story to tell. He told SpotboyE.com, We handed the flat back in perfect condition. In fact, we upgraded it by installing CCTV cameras. With that, we put a security system in place. If it was an issue, we would have gladly removed them. Most people would appreciate a security system.

He added that the allegation of threats is a baseless lie. We asked for our deposit back upon handing over the keys. She refused to return the money. I assume she must have needed money to act this way. I have never met Celina in my life. How is it possible that I threatened her, he questioned.

The couple has initiated legal action too, seeking the recovery of their security deposit. Sunnys lawyer Rizwan Siddiqui told us, Despite vacating the said flat, the security deposit was not returned and instead, my client received a letter from Ms. Jaitly therein citing reasons for not returning the amount. As my client refuted the claims, the said letter was accordingly duly responded to in detail. However, as Ms. Jaitly maintained her claims, my client also reserved his rights to file appropriate proceedings to recover his money in accordance to procedures provided under law.

Clearly, there are two versions of this story. Let's see how things pan out.
