Right from spending some quality time together to going on vacays with their respective families, Ranbir and Alia have become the IT couple of B-Town. While the rumours around their wedding have been making headlines for a year now, actor’s mother Neetu Kapoor and sister Riddhima Kapoor Sahni were recently spotted at ace designer Manish Malhotra’s store, giving way to the guessing game. Their recent visit has left netizens wondering if Bhatts and Kapoors have begun wedding preps.
As Ranbir and Alia leave no stones unturned to make it to the headline, a throwback video of the Brahmastra actor speaking about Alia has resurfaced on social media. Ranbir’s interview from during the Highway promotion is going viral where he had stated that he first met Alia when she was 12. RK had spilled the beans that they had shot for a film called Balika Vadhu, which was helmed by Mr. Bhansali.
Ranbir Kapoor in his interview had revealed that during their shoot, Alia was asked to put her head on his shoulder, but she wasn't willing to. The reason behind her feeling shy was because that it was the maximum contact she had with a boy at that age. Ranbir then revealed that Alia had told him that Bhansali thought she was flirting with him.
On the work front, Ranbir and Alia are first time teaming up for Ayan Mukerji’s Brahmastra. And also, for the first time, Alia and Sanjay Leela Bhansali have come together for Gangubai Kathiawadi. This morning, the makers released a new poster and announced its release date.
