When Late Sushant Singh Rajput Was Mistaken As Dhoni By A Child On Sets Of His Last Film Dil Bechara; Watch UNSEEN BTS Video
Sushant Singh Rajput and Sanjana Sanghi-starrer Dil Bechara completed one year of its release on July 24. Mukesh Chhabra's directorial will always remain special for all SSR fans. On the occasion of the film's first anniversary, netizens and Sanjana shared heartfelt posts remembering the late actor. Even the production house Fox Star Studios shared a heartwarming video with some behind-the-scenes shots of the late actor enjoying on the sets of his last film.

The video opened with director Mukesh Chhabra praising Sushant and recalling the time when he thought to make the movie. In the unseen clip, he can be heard saying, “When I thought of making Dil Bechara, I only wanted Sushant in it. Even Sushant had promised me that whenever I will make my first film, he will do it and he kept his promise. Sushant had an infectious energy.”

The video also depicted SSR’s contagious energy on the sets. A portion of it featured a child jumping in front of Sushant, while he and Sanjana were preparing for a shot. The child chanted, "Dhoni, Dhoni," possibly identifying Sushant as MS Dhoni. SSR had played the titular role in the MS Dhoni-biopic, and gained nationwide praise and acclaim for the subtlety he brought to Captain Cool's personality.

The Chhichhore actor was seen looking at someone behind the camera and was heard saying, "Dekha, isko mera asli naam nahi pata tha, kaun tha, bola ke tumhe 'Dhoni, Dhoni' bolega, Dhoni jaanta hai (See, he doesn't know my real name, he said 'Dhoni, Dhoni', he knows Dhoni.)”

Take a look at the video below:

Mukesh Chhabra concluded by saying, “Sushant was an amazing actor. His timing, his emotions... He used to emote every scene perfectly. This film would not have been made without him. I love him and want to thank him for making my first film so special.”

Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead in his apartment in Mumbai on June 14, 2020.
