Kareena Kapoor Khan recently completed two decades in Bollywood on Tuesday. Her debut film Refugee, which also marked the debut of Abhishek Bachchan released on June 30, 2000, and was directed by JP Dutta. Kareena has come a long way in these 20 years, having been a part of some great films, and having delivered some really versatile roles brilliantly. While she is one of the actors who rules Bollywood now, she wasn’t always so confident, and in fact, looks quite nervous in a throwback video.
Over the years, Kareena has given several interviews, been a part of many chat shows, has tackled the media’s questions quite confidently. However, a video that is now doing the rounds on the Internet shows her then and now videos, and the difference is quite evident. In the clip which seems years old, from the initial days in her career, Kareena did not seem to have the confidence to tackle media questions. She can be seen nervously addressing them by saying, “I don't feel anything, so I don't know what to say."
Fast forward to now, and one of Kareena’s recent interviews shows her confidently answering the questions aimed towards her. Quite poised and sure of herself, she can be seen saying in the video, “Main apni favorite hu, and I am my favorite and I will always be my favorite. And that's why I will be a happy person, and that's the most important and I will always be fit and healthy. Of course, men can also say that." Take a look at the viral video:
Meanwhile, Kareena Kapoor Khan shared a picture of her first shot from Refugee as she completed 20 years in Bollywood. Sharing the picture she wrote, “My first shot was at 4 am... I woke up this morning at 4, looked in the mirror, and said to myself that this was the best decision I could have ever taken. 20 years of hard work, dedication, and self-confidence...” She then thanked her fans, Abhishek Bachchan, JP Dutta and everyone involved in the film.
