Bollywood’s Greek God Hrithik Roshan and his girlfriend, actress and voice-over artist Saba Azad have been painting the town red ever since they confirmed their relationship. They have been each other’s pillars of strength and never deterred from cheering on their partner. Having been dating for quite sometime now, they are one of the most loved couples in the Hindi film industry. Well, recent Saba took to her official social media handle to reveal how she lost out on voice-over jobs, which she has been doing for over a decade, because of a well-known director’s ‘patriarchal’ and ‘regressive mindset’.
 
Taking to her Instagram stories, the actress, theatre director and musician revealed that she is doing a voice over project after 2 years. She went on to explain in the next few stories on the reason behind it. Sharing a few advertisements, she have given her voice to, the 38-year-old actress shared how after reaching out to the director she found out that he thought she wouldn’t need more work as she is dating Hrithik. While keeping the identity of the director anonymous, quoted by Times Now News, she added, “So there you have it- this man, this progressive, amazing man, just assumed I wouldn't like to do a perfectly respectable and mind you high paying job because of who I was dating. And if this is how he thinks i can only imagine what the rest of the world assumes. Are we really still living in the dark ages where we assume a woman in a relationship with a successful partner no longer has to put food on her own table?? Or pay her rent and bills? Or take pride in her work and take care of herself and her family??? For the unversed, Hrithik and his ex-wife Sussanne Khan parted ways after 14 years of blissful marriage. They are proudly co-parenting their sons Hrehaan and Hridaan while maintaining a cordial relationship with each other. They have moved on with different partners and are often seen spending quality time with each other. While Hrithik is dating Saba, Sussanne is in a happy relationship with Arslan Goni.
