There is absolutely no one who can manage to be as witty
as King Khan. Shah Rukh Khan was addressed as Salman Khan at the TED Talks event
that took place in Mumbai on Thursday evening.

It so happened that a reporter was about to ask Shah Rukh
something, but addressed him as ‘Salman’ instead of Shah Rukh. She immediately
corrected herself and apologised for the goof up. Soon after that, SRK asked
her “What’s your name?” “Lipika,” she said. “Don’t worry Deepika it’s alright..
Oh I am so sorry, Lipika.” What happened next? Well, the whole crowd burst into
laughter!

For the uninitiated, TED Talks India Nayi Soch, hosted by
Shah Rukh Khan is a bold new experiment on Indian television. The series brings
back the superstar to the small screen after shows like Kaun Banega Crorepati
and Kya Aap Paanchvi Pass Se Tez Hain?
At the event, when SRK was quizzed about the competition
from the other superstars- Salman Khan is hosting Bigg Boss 11 and Akshay Kumar
will be seen as ‘super judge’ on The Great Indian Laughter Challenge- this is
what the actor said: “To be really honest, what Salman and Akshay are doing,
they are in a league of their own. I am not even competing with them right now.
They are doing well. It’s sweet of Salman to say what he said. Having said
that, this show is so different that we are not competing on the same
platform,” said Shah Rukh.
Shah Rukh Khan On Stage
On the work front, Shah Rukh Khan was last seen in Imtiaz
Ali’s Jab Harry Met Sejal. The film failed to perform well at the box office.
SRK is currently working on his next film, Anand L Rai’s dwarf movie. They have
already begun shooting for the much anticipated film. Apart from Shah Rukh, the
film also stars Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma. However, the list doesn’t end
there. A bandwagon of celebrities like Karisma Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Sridevi,
Rani Mukerji, Kajol and Deepika Padukone too, will be seen in the dwarf film.
However, apart from Anushka Sharma, all the actresses will be seen doing a
cameo in the dwarf movie.
