Shah Rukh Khan has accumulated a huge fan base all over the globe. Yesterday, every person showered the superstar with love and well wishes as he celebrated his 57th birthday. The star himself adhered to his ritual and came outside of his bungalow to greet his fans twice, once at midnight and again early in the morning. All in all, it was an iconic event.

According to the posts going viral on social media, he also attended the SRK Day event in St. Andrew’s Auditorium in Bandra. Almost 1,000 fans were a part of that event. Not only did King Khan interact with his fans, but he also danced to the tunes of his iconic song Chaiyya Chaiyya and cut a three-tier cake with his fans. If the photos and videos that are going viral on social media are any indication, SRK and his fans definitely had a blast at the event. The Pathaan actor looked handsome dressed in a white tee, denim, and a black jacket. Expressing his gratitude, SRK shared a selfie with his fans on his social media platforms. He wrote, "It’s so lovely to live in front of the sea…..the sea of love that spreads all around me on my birthday….thank u. Grateful for making me feel so special….& happy."


Apart from his fans, the who’s who of the entertainment industry took to their social media handles to share their love for the superstar. While daughter Suhana Khan shared a throwback picture on her Instagram story, Karan Johar poured his heart out about the kindness Badshah shows him. Sharing a video compilation of all their pictures, Karan recalled how he met the superstar during the shooting of Karan Arjun, 29 years ago and how he is still the big-hearted person he was back then. He said, "He was in costume and met my father warmly and gave him a massive jhappi! He shook my hand and with his immensely kind eyes asked me many questions about my non existent career and my unproductive life ( at that time ) My answers were as bland as khichdi for an upset stomach but he listened with so much attention that I felt at that time that I had cracked the Da Vinci code"
