Vikrant Massey And Nora Fatehi To Team Up For A Thriller Drama Titled Blackout
Up until a few years ago, Vikrant Massey was just considered as a leading actor for independent or parallel cinema, while the mainstream cinema saw him just as a supporting hero. However, in the recent few years, the actor has had an amazing turn around in his career as he became a part of big commercial projects as a leading man.

It started last year as he was seen opposite Deepika Padukone in Meghna Gulzar’s Chhapaak, followed by Ginny Weds Sunny with Yami Gautam, Haseen Dillruba with Taapsee Pannu and his last release, 14 Phere with Kriti Kharbanda. Even in his upcoming line up, he has an interesting slate of films that include Mumbaikar with Vijay Sethupathi, Love Hostel with Sanya Malhotra and Bobby Deol and Forensic with Radhika Apte. And it seems like there is one more addition to this illustrious list.

According to a report by Peeping Moon, Vikrant has bagged another project titled Blackout, that will feature him alongside Nora Fatehi. Blackout is a thriller drama that will directly release on OTT and is being directed by Devang Bhavsar, who has previously been an assistant director on films like Prince, Kya Super Kool Hain Hum and Qissa. Niraj Kothari and Sarita A Tanwar, who have previously produced Vikrant’s web show Broken But Beautiful, will be making their venture into film production with this film. Vikrant and Nora are expected to start shooting for the film around October-November this year, after they have completed their ongoing assignments.

While Vikrant is currently shooting for Forensic, Nora, who was recently seen as a spy in Ajay Devgn-fronted Bhuj: The Pride Of India, will soon begin work on Luv Ranjan’s silent comic-thriller, Uff. The film is directed by Durgamati fame G Ashok and also features Nushrratt Bharuccha, Sohum Shah and Omkar Kapoor.
