Kapoor and Ishaan Khatter are currently on a promotional spree for their upcoming
film, Dhadak. The duo, who are have been on their toes since the trailer was
out, flew to Lucknow to spread the word about the film.
While
greeting fans at a mall, Ishaan went down on his knees for Janhvi as they
danced to their movie’s title track, Dhadak Hai Naa.

Talking
about the song, the track has the debutantes romancing each other at picturesque
locations and they share striking chemistry. Composed by Ajay-Atul, the soulful
number has been sung by Shreya Ghoshal and Ajay Gogavale, and the lyrics have
been penned by Amitabh Bhattacharya.
Meanwhile, the trailer of Dhadak was released earlier this month and it had made a great first impression. Janhvi reminded us of her mother Sridevi almost all along in the prelude. Ishaan, who impressed immensely in Majid Majidi’s Beyond The Clouds, was intense. Both are clearly stars in the making.
At the
launch event, which was attended by the Kapoor family, Janhvi was asked how she
would like to dedicate her debut film to her late mother, Sridevi. On hearing
her mother’s name, Janhvi got emotional and could only speak a line before
Karan interrupted and indicated to move on to the next question. An emotional
Janhvi replied, “I definitely miss her today.”
