Vicky Kaushal Hails Praises On Dunki Co-Star Shah Rukh Khan’s Work Ethic On Koffee With Karan Season 8; Says, ‘Gives His 100% In Everything’
Vicky Kaushal opened up about working with Shah Rukh Khan in Dunki during the latest episode of Koffee With Karan season 8
Bollywood actor Vicky Kaushal is currently basking in the success of his movie Sam Bahadur. The actor is all set to return on Karan Johar’s celebrity chat show Koffee With Karan season 8 with his Govida Naam Mera co-star Kiara Advani. Apart from talking about his personal and professional life, he also opened up about his experience of working with Shah Rukh Khan in the much-awaited movie Dunki and lauded the superstar for his work ethic.
According to a report by Pinkvilla, while talking about their career KJo mentions how SRK told him that Dunki is one of Vicky’s best performances. The filmmaker went on to add how the superstar praised the younger actor for being exceptional in the film. Truly grateful for the compliment, the 35-year-old actor spoke highly about his Dunki co-star and explained that he realised why Khan was known as the ‘Badshah.’ Praising the older actor’s dedication and work ethic, the actor revealed how Khan was working on the Rajkumar Hirani directorial like it was his first film. He further went on to add that after meeting with him and working with him, he realised how little he was doing at his age. Quoted by the entertainment portal, Kaushal said, “I met him and I realized how little I am doing at this age. He just gives his 100% in everything. He is just something else.” While talking about how magical and surreal working with the Pathaan actor was, Vickay added that the older actor knows everyone’s dialogues. On the work front, Vicky Kaushal was last seen in a biopic on the late Chief of Army Staff, Sam Manekshaw. Directed by Meghna Gulzar, Sam Bahadur also stars Sanaya Malhotra and Fatima Sana Shaikh in pivotal roles. He will be next seen in Rajkumar Hirani directorial Dunki alongside Shah Rukh Khan, Taapsee Pannu, Boman Irani, Vikram Kochhar and others. The movie is based on an illegal immigration technique called ‘Donkey Flight’ and is set to release on December 21, 2023.
